Stenosing Intracardiac Mass of the Mitral Valve: A Case Report and Review of the Literature

Introduction: Benign intracardiac tumours are the most common of 5% primary and account for 90% tumours. Myxoma, which is main benign tumour, rarely localizes to mitral valve, in order 1-5%, associated with severe symptoms enormous complications.
 The objective report a rare case valve myxoma resulting obstruction orifice.
 Presentation Case: A 65-year-old Moroccan woman, without profession, diabetic patient presented progressive dyspnoea, whom transthoracic echocardiography (TTE) completed by transesophageal (TEE), cardiac magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), cerebro-throracoabdominopelvic Positron emission tomography-scan (PET-scan) showed cauliflower-shaped mass embedded small evoking diagnosis myxoma, confirmed anatomopathological examination. lumpectomy plasty was performed association coronary artery bypass surgery tri truncal lesion. evolution marked an improvement clinical echographic state.
 Discussion: Myxoma first tumour encountered women between 3rd 6th decade, whose evoked TTE, better TEE or more, computed tomography (CT scan) even MRI specifies visualization soft parts all internal details confirmation carried out on histopathological analysis operating room.
 Conclusion: management based complete resection tumor plasty.
